We are looking for a native English speaking girl to join our family for two or more months. She has to look after our one-year-old child for few hours in the afternoon when he comes back from the nursery school. She doesn't have to do any housework, apart from keeping tidy and clean her own bedroom and bathroom. She doesn't need to speak Italian because she will be required to speak English with the family, but she will have the possibility to follow an Italian course if she wants in her free time. We live in a small town (about 20.000 inhabitants) in the north-east of Italy, 45 minutes to Venice by train and about 30 minutes to Padua by bus or by car. We are also near the sea (about 25 minutes by car). In the town centre you can find a lot of shops, bar and restaurants. There are also schools, two cinemas, a swimming pool, a hospital, a shopping centre and you can reach everything on foot but we can also give you a bike if you prefer. The bus station and the train station are both about 900 metres from our home.
She has to look after our one-year-old child when he comes back from the nursery school, from about 4 p.m. till 7 p.m. and help us with him one hour in the morning from around 7 a.m. till 8 a.m. Sometimes she could take him to school. She could also be asked to look after him one or two evenings after dinner. In case the child gets ill, the work schedule could change. The au pair could be asked to work in the morning rather than in the afternoon. Her pocket money will be about 60 € per week. She will have her own room and bathroom.
