Hi, we are two working parents looking for someone, happy, reliable and caring to join our family. We have 2 children, a 4 year old boy Seb. He starts school in September and is a very active and funny. A 1 year old daughter Bea, who is so cute, starting to move, well she can bum shuffle and loves laughing and eating. We live in the beautiful Kent countryside in a small village called Sissinghurst. Our house is surrounded by woodlands and field to walk through. The nearest small town is 5 minutes away, Cranbrook. London is only an hour away by train and the station is 8 mins drive. The coast is also only an hour away by car for ferries to France. To live here you need to be able to drive, we have a small Car for you to use. We are lucky to have an annex at the end of the garden for your accommodation so you have your own space but also our house is your space too. We are a relaxed family and very welcoming. I love to cook so will happily make every evening meal if you wanted to join us. My favourite day would be having friends over to enjoy a meal and laughter.
We would need you Monday to Thursday 7.30-5.30. 1 evening a week babysitting. I am a teacher so my hours are often changeable so we need someone who is happy to be flexible. If you were happy to work an extra day, for example if we needed to go to a wedding, we would pay extra for that. Sometimes I might be home early other times later but I would tell you in advance. However one great perk is I have long holidays, so you would get lots of time off to travel and explore, do a course or work. We are happy for you to join us on holidays or family activities if you wanted. My husband works in the wine industry and often is away, so that is why I need help. You would need to do light housework and generally keep the house tidy. My son would be in school every day, which you would need to drop off and pick up. So it would just be you and Bea every day. There are loads of playgroups and activities locally to take her too. If you had any other questions, don't hesitate to ask.
