We are a low key family that likes adventure but also likes to spend the day hanging out at home. We have traveled through many cities in Western Europe. We have two old dogs included in our family, so we definitely need someone who will love them too. We use a peaceful parenting approach with our kids meaning we do our best not to use threats or punishments or manipulation to get our children to behave. We use communication, connection, and limit-setting. We would love someone who is familiar with this approach or at least willing to learn about it.
We are looking for someone to help our family as I transition back to full-time work. We will need someone to help with getting the kids off to school in the morning, after school until I get home, some full days with my son, flexibility for covering days when the kids our sick, and for regular date nights.
