Hello! We are a family of four, me Anna, from Poland, Fabio, from Italy, and our two kids age 5 and 7 years old. We met each other and started our family in London, then in mid 2015 we moved to Italy, to a seaside town Pesaro. We both work in hospitality industry, and this summer we will need help with childcare starting from beginning June 2017 till end of September 2017. Our kids were born in London, and are used to speak in English. We try as much as we can to keep their multilingualism. That is where we would love to get some help from you! We would like that kids continue to have everyday contact with English language. We would love to welcome in our family a girl that speaks fluent English, and German or Polish (little Italian would be fine, but not necessary), also, a girl that enjoys hot summer weather, beach and cycling (the best way to get around is by bike). We have (don't freak out now!) four cats in our apartment, yes it sounds crazy but they are not such a big hassle. Pesaro is a lovely seaside town, with a wide cultural history and plenty of summer events. We would offer you a single room, with free internet access, breakfast, lunch and dinner, and a bike. It would be our first experience to host an Au-pair, so we are very excited and looking forward to it.
Our kids, Oliver (7) goes to school till 8th of June, while Amelia (5) attends pre-school till 30th of June. Depending on our working hours (which we still don't know yet) we would expect from you to take care of kids for no more than 4-5 h/6 days a week. Sunday day off. Kids would also be taken care by their grandma, so the hours of the care are still to be decided. We would love you to take kids to the nearby parks (few just round the corner) and beach (about 1,5 km from home) and play with them obviously in English. We would like you to be energetic, sociable and loving kids but also firm, when it comes to rules and behaviour of our kids. As the best way to go around is by bike, you have to feel confident with cycling, Oliver is cycling by himself, but you would have to carry Amelia on your bike seat. Light housework, such as keeping your and kids room tidy, occasional dish washing, or laundry. Duties such as meals, specific time of your work are still to be discussed and confirmed, as we still don't know our working hours.We are flexible, and between you and kids grandma we are sure we will work out the best daily plan.
