We are a kind, fun and easy going family who have traveled the world and understand what it is like to be away from home. We have a comfortable home, close to a city (Reading) and just 1 hour from London. We are interesting people, my husband is a scientist and I am a journalist. We have a lovely home and garden so you will be very comfortable. We have a self-contained room with your own bathroom on the ground floor of our house, and you will have use of a small car for local journeys during your stay with us and your own television,dvd and wifi internet. There are two very good language schools near to us. They teach towards the Cambridge qualification and offer pay as you go English lessons. We want someone to be part of our family and really want to have fun with us and help us with our busy life. You must be confident, great with young children ( some experience necessary) organized and we hope you will like to spend your free time exploring. We want our au pair to be happy and our children! You must have a good understanding of English. Are you our next aupair if you think you could be we would love to hear from you?
We need someone to help take our older son to school so a confident driver is essential with a clean license. We would like someone who is clean and tidy and you will be expected to join in with a bit of light housework, ironing etc. Tidying up after the boys. Some babysitting and preparing meals. It would be a bonus if you have been an aupair before - you must have some relevant childcare experience and be happy and confident around small children.
