I didn't get an acknowledgement email last time and I thought I might have been thrown out of your system so I am re reregisteting. My original email address seems to have gone so hopefully this is a duplication! We are looking for a flexible and easy going young woman of at least 20 years of age with more than 2 years' driving experience. Someone who enjoys being with kids and who wants at 10 month stretch in the uk to learn the language in a family environment. Previous experience with children would be a bonus. Our 10 year old has special educational needs of ADHD and dyslexia which can be challenging for him at times.
We need support with school runs at both ends of the school day. The first run is at 07.30 in the morning. A car is provided. We would be looking for 25-30 hours maximum per week to include about 4 hours of housework per week, including hoovering and general cleaning with floor mopping and bathroom cleaning tidying of kids bedrooms etc and general support with washing up and maintenance of general house hold cleanliness. Some preparation of kids meals also required. We would also expect up to 2/3 nights per week babysitting with up to 3/4 weekend or mid weeks trips during the year, when the au pair will be in sole charge of the children for 2/3 nights. We don't have a dog at the present time but are considering this and it is possible that we could get one during the next year. We live in a small market town about 30 minutes on the bus from Oxford with a direct bus into Oxford. Our town also has a direct mainline train which gets you into London Marylebone in about 50 minutes.
