Basically, we want someone honest and humble that will not try to take advantage of us. We promise to treat our au pair well and fair, too. We want someone who will get along with our girl. She needs a kind, caring, responsible person to give her attention. Her education is extremely important to us, so we want someone who is educated and can continue to improve her learning. The job is primarily to care of kids ,get them ready for school and pick them after school. The job is 40 hours per week for between $197 per week pocket money. The role is only during the week leaving the au pair time to herself or himself on weekends. We employ a separate cleaner for the house keeping.
