Firstly, thank you for reading our profile we hope we are the host family you are looking for. We are an easy going family of 4 & a dog (William, Lisa, Ellie, Vicky & a border terrier Alfie) we are all rather sporty and enjoy the outdoors. William (Dad) 35 Irish, works in banking and has a love for rugby (used to play), now enjoys the gym & cycling. Lisa (Mum) Jersey born, also in finance. Likes playing & coaching Hockey & used to horse ride. Our girls are also both Jersey born, Ellie's 5, attends the local primary school during week days, and she enjoys swimming & ballet. Vicky's 2 1/2 (3 on 1 Aug) she currently attends nursery 3days a week, and enjoys soccer & gymnastics. Alfie is 6 months old & loves his walks. We have had x4 au pairs over 5 years, each staying 1year+ We live on the beautiful island of Jersey (channel islands), our house is located behind the lavender farm, & on the main bus route (airport to town) it goes every 20 mins with town being 30 minutes away. There are numerous shops within a few minutes walk and Jersey's best beach is about 15 minutes walk away. You need to be easy going & of course like being around children, you must be able to speak basic/good English, be a good swimmer & drive a car confidently.
We are looking for an aupair (big sister) for our 2 girls (Ellie 5, Vicky nearly 3) to help out whilst we work. We are looking for someone who is available to start anytime between now and September. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic female (live in) to start anytime between now & September and to be with us for at least 1 year+ You will be assisting us with the girls whilst we work. You will have lots of time to yourself, either to study/exercise etc, You will have your own room & share the bathroom with Ellie & Vicky.
