Hey there! We are a young family (consisting of: my husband Manuel, our twin boys Jan and Joschka, our cat Coco and myself). In June the boys will be one year old. We live in our little house in the outskirts of Cologne (Köln) about 25min from the city center of Cologne. Cologne the fourth-largest city in Germany (after Berlin, Hamburg, and Munich). Our hobbies revolve mainly around sports such as rock climbing/bouldering, kiteboarding, surfing and Beach-volleyball. In the summer we love to spend weekend time at the beaches in holland which are within a 2-3 hour drive from our house. Currently I am on maternity leave in order to look after the boys during the day but starting September I will be working as an actuary again. My husband is running a small technology start up company. What we can offer you: -Your own car for private use -Nice and spacious room in the attic of our house. -Very flexible working times (so you will have enough free time for sightseeing, going out, meeting people etc.). -280€ pocket money per month. -your health insurance will be paid by us. -your personal liability insurance will be paid by us. -your traveling expenses will be paid by us. It would be awesome if you had: -Passion for kids. -An easygoing, open and straightforward personality. -Driver's license. -Good language skills in either English or German.
We are looking for someone who wants to support us by babysitting our twins for a few hours per day (25-30 hours per week), so that we finally find some time to pursue our hobbies again, spend time as a couple or just chill out for a while again :-) Your tasks would include: Babysitting a few nights per week. Playing with the boys / keeping them happy. You will have to do NO HOUSEWORK (such as cleaning, cooking, laundry etc.) Traveling: This year we are planning trips to Portugal (3 weeks), Mallorca (2 weeks) and Austria (1 week Snowboarding). It would be awesome if you could imagine to join us on some of our trips but it clearly is not a must. Weekend activities: The boys really LOVE being in the water. So at the weekends we would like to take them to the nearby lake or to the beach in Holland for playing in the sand and paddling in the water. If would be perfect if you also liked the outdoors.
