We are looking for an au pair who is caring, loving, likes playing with a baby and generally just being part of daily life. We live in the country and the area is nice to walk in, ride a bike. Villages are about a 10 minute drive away and so is the city. Our daughter who will be 1 years old in april goes to her Grandparents frequently so it won't be a 5 day "job". Maybe 2-3 days in the week and then some evenings (when she is in bed) so we can go out together or go networking etc. It would be handy if you like walking, cycling and just relaxing in your free time as we live in the country. Although the city is only a 10 minute drive away. I am a solicitor / lawyer and work full time but variable hours. I work 20 minutes from home. My husband has his own car company and works full time (lomg days). He works about 5 minutes from home away. He leaves the house at 7 am and is back around 6pm. Megan will be 1 years old in april. She is very active, very happy and healthy. We have a dog and a cat. At the weekends we try and spend Sunday afternoons as a family. On Saturdays my husband is normally in the garage or doing jobs around the house. I do the other jobs and spend time with Megan. In the evenings, after Megan has gone to bed, i either work (at home) or read a book or watch some tv. We are kind, gentle people but always very busy.
That she does not smoke That she has a driving license That she can speak some English or Dutch That she doesnt mind helping out in the house (cooking, hoovering, washing, dishwasher etc). That she has experience with our daughters age (0-2 years age) That she is kind and caring That she asks questions if she doesnt know what to do etc That she is honest That she would like to participate in our family but also like to have her own time to herself
