Hello. My name is Marisa Araujo. I am looking for a Portuguese (portugal) speaking au pair. I am currently on maternity enjoying my time with my currently 6 month old boy. I also have a beautiful 2 year boy. My 2 year old currently goes to nursery 3 days a week whilst I am on maternity leave. I plan to go back to my full time job in February 2016. As much as we would love to put both boys in nursery full time, we have to look for a more financially sensible idea. Being portugues I would love to find someone that speaks Portuguese giving my children a better chance at learning the language. We have been living in our home now for a year and have recently renovated so we are proud home owners and looking for extended help.
Live in Portuguese speaking au pair (that speaks some English) Look after 2 young children (6 months and 2) I work 9-5. So leave the house at 8 and back home for 6. Your day would start from just before I leave the house by giving the kids breakfast. Finishing up with dinner at 6. I will then take over when i get home. I would like to work with you to put together a timetable of activities for the kids. Story time, activities, classes, trips. I need someone that can cook healthy food and snacks for the boys during the day. Or someone that's willing to learn from me. My partner has days off in the week so we can be flexible if time off in the week is needed. This is the first time I am considering anything other the nursery so this is a learning curve for me and my family and trusting someone with my life ultimately (my boys). I want to feel comfortable around the au pair and need to be able to openly communicate and work together to achieve something that brings everyone happiness and that works. If you drive that would be ideal but not a requirement.
