Dear Au Pair, We are a husband and wife English couple, who have been together 13 years. We are blessed with the most beautiful boy and girl. We speak English at home. We are searching for an immediate start au pair who is confident at driving. I work 4 days per per week and need assistance with the toddler and baby whilst I am at work. Light house work and cooking required. I buy a good, healthy, variety of food and am looking for someone who can cook light healthy food with fresh ingredients for me and between us we will cook for the baby every 2 weeks and put in the freezer for her meals. Full of vegetables, meat, fish and wholemeal carbohydrates. I can teach this but need someone wanting to learn. My husband is away often so I'm looking for a person to be a team and family member with me and a big sister to Sebastian and Saffron to help teach and educate a very bright gorgeous 6 month old baby (with the biggest blue eyes you will ever see!!) and 3 year old adventurous kind boy. I am looking for someone who wants to be involved in a childrens development and take such joy from the little things they learn every day. It is important for us to find someone who has a real connection with children, hugs them when they are not well or they fall down. Who makes them laugh and brings out the best in them. They sleeps 12 hours per night and approx. 1 in the day. Seb goes to school 4 days a week and Saffron 3.5 days per week to creche. Once a week I need help cleaning the house and getting the bed sheets cleaned approx 4 hours. And to go food shopping for us once a week. One day a week Saffron needs looking after but I am trying to increase her creche days so she is there 5 days per week. And one day Seb is off school. With only 3 of us it is not too busy and we are very tidy. During the day you will have time to relax and use the car to go out. We encourage you meeting friends and having a social life. One day off a week at the weekend is the minimum and often 1.5-2 days over the week. Approx. 25-30 hours is required as a maximum per week is required and flexibility with school holiday time. We pay 120Euros per week. It is very important that the Au Pair has the confidence to drive, to have a sunny disposition and overcome problems, to be able to cook, nothing difficult, just healthy, to be mature and trustworthy, to communicate well, to take pride in their work, to enjoy the outdoors, to have positive energy, to be fun!
