We are looking for a kind, responsible & reliable aupair to start 1st week in September supporting a single parent home with one 5 year old girl who is starting junior infants in September. Although Dad does not live in the home he is very much involved in the raising and development of our daughter. My 11 year old stepdaughter also stays over or spends time with her sister in the family home on a regular basis. The ideal candidate must live in & must be able to drive as I will need her to do school runs and/or after school clubs, possible medical appointments etc…Some light housekeeping will also be requested such as hoovering, dusting, ironing but not expected from you every day!! Job will include wages plus free bed & board and unlimited WiFi. Non smoker please. 30-35 hours per week with negotiable days /hours off as much as is suitable for the day to day needs of the family... During your stay as part of our family we will take the time to support you in learning about our culture. Our home is within walking distance of Waterford City centre on the outskirts of the city with a bus stop almost outside our door. There will be opportunities for you to visit other parts of Ireland as we have family living in the country side on a farm and others living in towns and cities also away from Waterford. Our location is also very near many beaches of the southeast. We are intending to get family membership of a gym so would hope to arrange that you are included in that membership!
