We are a family of 4 living in Dublin very close to the city centre and close to all public transport. We have a girl (Ella) who will be 9 in July and a boy (Vinny) who will be 6 in June. Ella will be starting 3rd class in Sept. and Vinny will be starting Sr. Infants. We are an active family who enjoy cycling, hiking, swimming and the outdoors in general. Ella plays football regularly and both children swim regularly. They also enjoy cycling along the canal and going to the park.
We are looking for an au pair who is active and also tidy. She will also need to be able to drive our car. Currently our au pair has a busy schedule with the children. She takes them to the library twice a week, takes them swimming weekly, takes them cycling and to the park regularly. She also prepares meals, helps with the laundry, the hoovering, helps with their baths, and tidies the house. Both myself and Gerry work full-time so we will need help in the mornings getting the children dressed, fed and off to school. We have busy schedules so we would want someone who is also flexible and we can be flexible too! It is important to us that we find someone who is active and likes sports and is tidy. We only let the children watch T.V. in the evenings. We also want someone who has healthy eating habits as we don't like our kids eating a lot of sweets or fatty foods.
