We are family orientated and open, social people, a regular Finnish family living in our own 3- Storey house in the end of a private road. We look for a social and outgoing Person, who will be active here with hobbies and friends just like she is at home, but just enjoying new places, people and experiences.
We offer a 5- day week with 6- hours a day rather regularily, no need to be baby-sitting or working in the weekends that in very exceptional cases. Grand parents and aunt with her family live close by and want also to spend time with our children and thus they take care normally of the evenings or weekends if we need babysitting. Normal household work is expectations of our au pair like vacuumcleaning, uusina Washing machine and dishwasher, Tidying the home daily. To pick up kids from school and to reach language courses in Kotka (15km) or in Loviisa (30km) reguires the use of car, as well as meeting friends downtown or to go to restaurants, pubs, movies or swimming and other specializes sports activities, so we want to find someone who not just has a drivers licence but also is used to driving. Daily after school thee is a need to be out with them, to fix snack and to siist them with homework. In case they have new hobbies and need transport in the afternoon, that's au pairs job. Now Lassi's scouting club is in the evening and Laura's diving lessons on Saturday mornings so we transport her. We normally come home around 16.30-17.30 when au pairs day is over. Sometimes we ask to start with dinner preparations but quite often I fix dinner when I come home.
