We live in Westborough, MA which is approximately 30 miles from Boston. Closest railway station is at a walking distance from the house. We are 30 miles away from Boston. It takes around 45 minutes to get to Boston by rail. So if you are looking to live in a big city and would like to hang out every day in the city then please do not apply because you may not like it here. However, if you are ok commuting to Cambridge/Boston during the weekends (sat/sun) then it shouldn't be a problem for you.
You will be an extension of our family (you will be our family member). So we will have very high expectations from you. We need someone for a minimum of 12 months. If things work out great and if you wish to continue to stay with us then you can stay for 24 months. Primary tasks: 1) Take care of newborn/infant for the first 6-9 months. Afterwards the newborn will go to the daycare. The tasks will then change and will involve taking care of the baby and the toddler(our 2 year old) once they are back from the daycare.
