Dear Au Pair, we are looking forward to sharing this expirience with a person that will make part of our family. Our main goal is that Vera, our Baby girl will learn English :-). We live in Marbella, a beautifull city in the south of Spain, just by the Mediterranean Sea. Weather is amazing here, 300 days of sun a year, with an average temperature of 15ºc-35ºc all year long. Our family is a young and active familly. We love sports, going out for dinner, sharing time with friends & family. Both my wife and I are Spanish, & we both speak fluent English. I am an entreprenuer and my wife is an English teacher at a secondary school. We have a 3 & half year old baby girl, Vera, and a 3 month baby girl called Mar. Our girl, Vera, is an amazing and fun girl. She is a really happy & always smiling girl & loves doing stuff. The only issue with her is that she is DIABETIC TYPE 1 since she turned 2 years. At the begining it was a big shock for us, but now everything is getting better & more controlled. We do an absolutely normal life with her. The only extra effort that she requires is the blood glucose controls everytime she is going to eat.
The Au Pair will need to help us to take care of both our Girls, basically speaking to them in English all the time and helping with their stuff: take them to the park, to tennis lessons, play games with them, teach them English, etc. and help us with the housekeeping. We are very close to our girls, and we love spending time with them. The future aupair won't feel ALONE, as we are very involved in everything to do with the girls. We live in a 2 bed room apartment 15 min walk away from Marbella city center, 5 min away from the Marbella Bus Station. As our apartment only has 2 rooms, (one for us and one for the girls) our idea is for the Au Pair to stay in my wife´s mum House. She is an Adorable woman,who has a 3 bedroom apartment in the center of Marbella. She is separated, and for the last year she has been renting out 2 of the bedrooms to international students from all around the world, so she is used to haveing young students at home. During this time, 1 bed room will be for the Au pair & one for another international Student. Something positive for the Au pair is that once she has finished with the "working hours" she will leave our house and have the rest of the day to enjoy and do what they want. The apartment location is superb, as you can walk everywhere in less than 5 minutes. 5 min walk to beach, 1 min walk to shops, restaurnts, language academies, supermarkets etc. The walk form her house to our house is 20 min approx.
