For us it is important that you are positive, helpful, kind, open, flexible, loves children and that you take initiative to arrange things that have to be done in and around the house. We find it positive if you have some experience with children. You make a plan for the day and do different things with our daughter in the afternoon like going out in the woods, playing games etc. Your English must be decent and if you have a drivers license that is preferred. We also have an indoor swimming pool, so it is good if you can swim. No smoking and no parties. For us privacy is very important and it is important for us that you understand and respect that. We are very neat and tidy people and have high standards, so it is important for us that you are tidy as person also. My husband and myself are very kind people and easy to get along with. We go travelling some times a year and would like to take you along on some of our trips.
Our daughter is a very happy, curious and easy going girl. She loves music, reading and learning. She speaks Norwegian, Dutch and quite some English. She is in the kindergarten 2 full days per week and on Fridays in the morning she is going to The Little Gym in a neighboring village. The kindergarten is only 5 min biking distance from our home. Sometimes I will bring her and pick her up and sometimes you will do that. Then when she comes home you will prepare some food for her, take her to the bath and sometimes to bed. The days she is at home you will play with her, go biking with her or play outside. When she is in the kindergarten you will do light housework like ironing, emptying/ filling dishwasher, washing clothes, empty/fill dryer and put clean clothes back in place and maybe light cleaning like vacuum cleaning and dusting as examples.
