Hello! We are a Canadian family - bilingual English and French - currently living in Bordeaux, France. We have two children - a girl of 8 years old and a 3 year old boy - and we are expecting a baby in April! We are a very dynamic and busy family and would truly appreciate an au-pair girl to come to our home so as to participate and help us in our everyday life, who will become increasingly busier with the arrival of a third child.
Both of our children go to school everyday and also have several activities (drawing, ballet, sewing, language lessons). They also enjoy going outdoors - to the park especially with their bikes or to the movie theaters. In the summer, we often take them to the beach, where they love to play with the sand... On an everyday basis, both of them enjoy cooking or baking. They are also quite artistic. Our girl loves arts and crafts and our little boy loves to paint and get messy... We are all really excited for the birth of our third child, who will most certainly keep us even more busy! Since we are a very active and busy family, we need an au pair girl who is reliable, punctual, practical oriented, has a sense of initiative and who is careful with children - especially with the arrival of a newborn in April. This is why, we are looking for someone who already has a previous experience as an au pair. In addition, we are looking for someone who can do housework and who enjoys cooking. We have already previously had a fantastic experience with an au pair girl - she helped our family in many aspects of our life and of course participated in our family activities, outings, and trips - she has joined us on numerous trips in the south of France and also skiing trips and was a wonderful addition to our family! We are truly willing to find someone who can reach our expectations so as to have a wonderful experience once again!
