Hello, I am a 43 year old English mother living in France between Bergerac and Périgueux (about an hour from Bordeaux). I am looking for an au pair who of course likes young children. She will also need to love animals and be prepared to take an interest in horses if she doesn't already know them. The house is isolated so driving is a plus. To be happy here the au pair needs to be happy to be on her own in the house some of the time (weekends mostly). Basically someone happy and fun loving, who likes children, animals and their own space, as well as rural living.
This position involves looking after a 4 year old little girl, who of course I believe is perfect :-) I would also expect the au pair to participate with some of the household tasks and be prepared to look after animals as well.
