We are British born family - my daughter being 14 years of age and my son being 4. I am looking for an au pair/mother's help with an understanding of, or who is respectful of, our culture (Jamaican, Sengalese, Irish, Asian) to assist mainly with childcare ie collecting son from school a few days a week and some late night baby sitting - others duties to be discussed. (We would prefer someone from a Caribbean, African or Chinese background). We are a warm and supportive and fairly new established family unit and will give the employee as much support as possible. Additional languages spoken by the applicant will be a bonus ie Mandarin or French
School drop and pick up babysitting I am particular about doing my own housework and encourage daughter to take personal responsibility so do not see there being much housework for employee CRB or ability to obtain same.
