ABOUT THE CHILDREN: A., 7 year old boy, lives with the family always, with the exception of few days a year and half vacations that he spends with his dad in France. His native language is French, but he has been in International Schools (English-based education) for 3 years by now and is perfectly bilingual. Baby-girl (newborn). Some help will be necessary with her, involving some baby-care and occasional baby-sitting. 3 daughters of the husband, from his first marriage (18 yo, 10 yo and 8 yo) are with the family 1 week a month, and every Thursday dinner. They are in fully organized program and very independent. The only help that may be needed from a nanny extra, when the daughters are visiting is help around the kitchen for the evenings. ABOUT PARENT'S LIFE RYTHM Mum works either from home (home office and has great flexibility of time during the day) around 3 weeks out of the month, and traveling abroad 1 week of the month. Longest trips are 10 days Ã¢â‚¬â€œ they are three times a year, April, October and January. Usual trips are 3 to 5 days. During mumÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s traveling period, the nanny has to take on all motherÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s duties from morning to evening, of course with some help of my husband. Dad travels out of the country a few times a year, but mainly stays in the country to work till 6 pm. The nanny will be expected to travel on vacations with the family (Easter break for instance, or 2 weeks during the summer).

Estimated working hours : min 6 to max 8 hours a day. - Drive to or / and pick up A. from school (5 min drive 10 min helping in school). - Driving A. to and from any extra-curriculum activities in the afternoon (2 hours on certain week-days days). - Occasional play time with A in the afternoon (1 hour) if no activity - Baby-sitting when needed (about 3 hours a day) - Occasional grocery shopping (once a week, 1 hr) - Loading washing machines and dryer (1-2 times a week, 30 mins) - Ironing of AÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s or babyÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s clothes which is not machine-drying (once a week, 1 hr) - Clean the house (vacuum, bathrooms and dust once a week, 2 hrs; wet cleaning once every 2 weeks) - Keep the kitchen clean. NECESSARY QUALITIES AND ATTRIBUTES -English speaking person. Good level of English and easy good pronunciation, but not at all necessary English-born person. French may be a plus, very much appreciated. Russian may be a plus as well. -Responsible person having a life experience and childcare experience, capable to taking right decisions independently, but also respecting the family values and ways to do things.
