We are a French family with children bi-langual French/English (we lived for 3 years in London) They are attending an International School and we need someone to speak English with them and to help with English homework (especialy the younger one, with reading and spelling). We live 20 min from central Paris, in Bourg-la-reine, close to a nice parc (parc de sceaux). We are used to have an au pair (we already had 6, they all stayed one year or more...). We like the idea that the au pair is part of the family and she is always welcome to share our family activities. The children like to spend time with her and she is like a "older sister"...
We are looking for someone willing to speak only English to the children. A driving licence is required to drive them at the International school. The job consist in : - one hour in the morning 4 times a week (take care of the little one and walk with him to school) - after school (4 times a week) from 4.30 to 7.30 Depending on the children timetable, there will be some picking up at the international high school. It can be from 3 to 5.30... We are doing car sharing with another family - On wednesdays pick up the children around 11.30 from the international high school and take of them up to 7.30. They have activities on wednesdays... No big housework is asked, but daily life : - help with the boys rooms and bed, change the sheets, - clean the breakfast and empty the dishwasher - take care of the landaury (for all the family except the parents ironing) - 2 babysitting a week : one on week days, one on friday or saturday - around 25 hours a week
