We are a loving family with 2 children. I have been a stay at home mom for almost 10 years and I have decided to go back to work and we feel that an au pair would best suit our needs at this time. We have pets as well so hopefully that won't be too much of a problem. We are excited about the opportunity to have someone from another culture to share out home.
Your job will include caring for the children while my husband and I are at work and occasionally while we spend some time together on weekends. Some light housework would be helpful but not mandatory. We do have 3 cats and 2 dogs, letting the dogs out a couple of times during the day and possibly feeding them in the mornings would be the most that would be expected from you as far as caring for the animals. You would have to take my daughter to school and also pick her up in the afternoons.
