I am a single mum of 2 girls, We live in a small (ish) village called Hilton in South Derbyshire. I work part time hours but this can often be shifts and away from home. The girls attend a large primary school in the village. Most activities they do are local and within walking distance. Or a short bus journey away. We are an active family and quite busy. But we have a lot of love to give. It's been a tough time for all of us without having a second adult in the house, so it will be great to give someone an opportunity to stay with us, improve your English and experience our culture and lifestyle and explore our country. Currently I have a Hungarian Au Pair until April 2019, so I'm actively looking for someone to replace her around April May. There are good bus links to 2 major towns, Derby and Burton-on-Trent and from those towns there are very good train links to London and the rest of the UK. My working hours are scheduled well in advance so I would always be able to give you plenty of notice of when I would need you. So you'll be able to make plans in advance. Theres a mix of photos from the last couple of years. The one of 5 children on the grass is my girl's and all of their cousins.
The girls and I are looking for someone to join our family and very much be a part of it. You will have your own bedroom and you'd share a bathroom with the kids. We would always try to include you in plans or give you the option to join us or not and we will be happy for you to join us at meal times and share our living space. I will provide all your food and living costs. Some of the things I'd expect of you but not every day are - Get the girls up and ready of a morning and ready for bed at night. Some over night's on your own with them. Cook and Prepare meals for them. Take them and collect them from School. Assist with homework Take them to and from clubs/activities like Brownies swimming dancing etc. Domestic chores around the house. Babysitting.
