We are a friendly, active, and open-minded Danish family looking for an independent, responsible, and caring au pair to support our everyday life. Our family consists of four children aged 5, 8, 16, and 19. Our oldest child is only at home occasionally, while the younger children are very much part of our daily routines and family activities. We live a busy and vibrant life with work, school, social activities, and many things happening throughout the week. Because of this, we are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable helping create calm and structure in everyday life. The main responsibilities will include helping with the younger children, assisting with light household tasks, and supporting the flow of daily routines. We appreciate someone who can take initiative independently and enjoys contributing in a practical and positive way. At the same time, we highly value personal space, independence, and mutual respect. We are not looking for someone to become “part of the family” in the traditional sense, but rather someone who would enjoy living in a warm, respectful, and welcoming home while also maintaining their own life, interests, and privacy. We offer a safe and comfortable home, a private room, fair conditions, and the opportunity to experience everyday life in Denmark.
