I am a warm, values-driven mother and professional, married, and together with my husband we are committed to creating a calm, loving, and structured home environment. Family, respect, kindness, and open communication are very important to us. We believe in raising our child in a way that is nurturing, attentive, and developmentally supportive. We are looking for an au pair who is kind, patient, trustworthy, and genuinely enjoys working with children. Someone who is emotionally aware, attentive, and able to engage our child through age-appropriate play, routine, and care. Reliability, initiative, and a positive attitude are qualities we value highly. We are hoping to welcome someone who will become a trusted part of our home and who values mutual respect, clear communication, and a supportive working relationship.
The au pair will be responsible for the daily care and supervision of our child in a safe, loving, and structured environment. Duties include feeding, changing, putting the child down for naps, engaging in age-appropriate play and developmental activities, and maintaining the child’s routine and overall wellbeing. As I work from home, the au pair will work closely with me and assist with cooking for the family and light household tasks, including general tidying and cleaning. We do have a cleaning lady, however some day-to-day cleaning support is expected as part of the role. The au pair is expected to be reliable, attentive, flexible, and able to communicate openly with the family.
