We are a warm, loving family looking for a responsible, nurturing, and experienced au pair to help care for our 4-month-old twin babies. Our ideal au pair genuinely loves infants, is calm under pressure, and is confident managing the routines and needs of two babies at the same time. The primary responsibility will be providing attentive, hands-on care for our twins, including feeding, diaper changes, naps, soothing, and engaging in age-appropriate activities that support early development. Experience with infants and/or twins is very important to us, as well as an understanding of infant schedules and safety. We are looking for someone who is patient, gentle, organized, and reliable. A calm demeanor, good communication skills, and the ability to follow established routines are essential. Flexibility and a team-oriented mindset are also highly valued, as caring for twins requires coordination and cooperation. Light baby-related tasks, such as washing bottles, tidying nursery areas, and baby laundry, will be part of the role. Our goal is to create a supportive, respectful environment where our au pair feels comfortable, appreciated, and truly part of our family.
