Essentially child care , 5 hours /day , and sometimes 2 to 3 hours on weekends . Only lighter housework since we have already some weekly help for the main household work ( cleaning and laundry ) : there will be some laundry and cooking though for the child . There would also be some walks during the week with the baby and our dog ( a small sized female Border Collie ) .
I am a singel parent to a little girl called Jace, who is nearly 10 month old and a positive, smiling and active young lady . I have mostly taken care of her myself so far , with help from my mother and friends, but since I need more time now to fit in work, I’m looking for an aupair to give a helping hand and to integrate our little family for some time. I work as a piano teacher, partly from home and partly at my students' homes . We live with my mother (who’s Swedish and a gynecologist ), in a house south of Brussels with easy access to the center of Brussels by train or bus ( 15 to 20 min ). From Brussels, other capitals in Europe are easily accessible by speed trains ( Paris in 1h15min ; London in 2h30min and Amsterdam in 2 h ). At 10 min walk from here we have a language school that offers lesson in french or other languages at very affordable rates.
