We’re an easygoing family who values kindness, communication, and a good sense of humor. Our kids are energetic and curious, and we try to keep a balance of structure and fun in our daily routine. We’re excited to welcome someone into our lives who can share in our family’s rhythm and bring a bit of their own culture and personality into our home .
Childcare & Daily Routine • Help with morning routines: dressing, breakfast, school prep • School drop-offs and pick-ups, if agreed and safe • Supervise playtime, crafts, reading, outdoor activities • Assist with homework and school projects • Prepare snacks and simple meals for the children • Oversee the bedtime routine: bathing, stories, lights-out • Tending to the youngest in the night as she might wake up once for a bottle Light Housework Related to Children • Wash and tidy up children’s laundry, help fold/store clothes • Keep rooms and play areas neat and organized • Load/unload the dishwasher or straighten up after snacks/meals • Occasionally take out small bins or tidy communal spaces used during childcare • Maintain clear, honest communication via check-ins • Show active interest in the children and creativity in engaging them • Speak to the children in Spanish as i would like them to learn my family's language. • Responsibility: punctual, proactive, follows instructions • Flexibility: adaptable to schedule changes and family needs • Emotional maturity: calm under pressure, resilient, self‑aware • Initiative: anticipates what needs doing, takes action without waiting • Pocket money: £90–£120/week • Live-in basis with board and lodging included • 25-30 hours per week Time off At least 1.5–2 days/week, one weekend/month 2 paid weeks holiday per 12 months
