I am looking for an au pair to start mid August this year for around 3-4 months. To live in. My children are currently with their father while I am retraining and getting support with post divorce challenges in the past. I am looking for a young au pair and do not mind if this is their first role. I live in a very modern house on the edge of the village, and the au pair would have a bedroom with ensuite (shower) bathroom), large TV and double bed, plus use of bedside tables and a large chest of drawers, and a desk.
To come with me to pick up and drop off my children from their fathers' house (7 min drive) or to take them with me for days out at weekends and school holidays. To come with me to take them to appointments. I am aiming to see them a couple of evenings a week for meals and a full / half day most weekend. So they won't be living in my home and staying overnight. My eldest daughter is going to be living with my sister in Wimbledon Village Monday to Friday and may come back to my home regularly at weekends to stay over. She is studying for an Art Foundation. This is a simple role with a lot of free time for the au pair (since the children are not currently living in my home), light housekeeping prior to children arrival (I will maintain my cleaner who does 3 hours on a Monday morning), meals while in the home, but she needs to be available against an agreed schedule of dates, which may include either a Saturday or a Sunday, and on an ad hoc basis if the occasion arises. My son does have autism but Special needs skills are not required, as I will likely not be leaving him alone.
