We are an open and inclusive family. I have two children—a 5-year-old sister and a 3-year-old brother—both with great personalities, though the little brother is a bit more mischievous. We hope our au pair is similarly open-minded, inclusive, easy to communicate with, and able to embrace different cultures. I don’t want you to be overly particular or calculative about small things. We'd like you to maintain a healthy lifestyle, stay positive, and set a good example for the kids.
You'll need to wake up around 7 AM, have breakfast with the kids, and take them to school by 7:30. Their school finishes at 3:30 PM and 4 PM respectively, and bedtime is at 9 PM. After school, you'll help them with homework (currently quite simple, about 1 hour total), then spend the evening playing. Before bed, there’s 30 minutes of reading time. On weekends, we usually go out for activities one of the days.
