We are a family of five, consisting of mom, dad, grandma, and twin boys. Our boys are three years old, energetic, engaging, and very curious. They thrive when routines and expectations are consistent and clear. Mom and Dad work full-time. Grandma is retired, but has dementia and has a caregiver who is with her three days a week. We need an au pair who is flexible to work with the needs of our family, who can work on school readiness with the twins and help around the house as needed.
Daytime care for the boys, including meals, structured play, learning activities, and other duties pertaining to their growth and development. Assistance with meal preparation and light cleaning would be great as well. We imagine that the job would amount to somewhere between forty and fifty hours a week.
