Hello, We are looking for an au pair who is willing to join our family from September to care for our daughter Mathilda who is sixteen months old. We are looking for somebody who will take this responsibility seriously but who will also enjoy having fun with Tilly and will enjoy being around her. I am a Headteacher and my husband is a financial analyst. My degree is in French and Spanish and I have lived all around the world which is why we want to open up these opportunities for our daughter. We live in the heart of a very lively neighbourhood in Manchester and have access to a wealth of cultural and social opportunities as well as English classes.
Your role will be to look after Tilly for three days per week, taking her to toddler classes in the neighbourhood and making her breakfast and lunch. You will lead activities such as crafts, reading, music, walks, going to the park, cooking etc with her. You will also look after her room, clothes and toys. There will be babysitting one evening per week. You will be free at the weekends.
