Hi. My name is Eleni. I am an environmental toxins expert and nutritionist working from home. I am recently divorced and I have a three year old daughter, TIndaya. I am raising my daughter following the gentle parenting principles, with immense love and respect for her, so I expect to find someone who adheres to these principles too. I aim to spend time with my daughter, singing, playing and doing all kinds of activities to fill her day with joy and happiness. The same is expected from the aupair as well. I am essentially looking for a person who loves to spend time with young kids and is willing to be active and take initiative. My daughter is a very active and smart child. She wont be satisfied by playing the same games all the time or reading the same books. I have tried, trust me, she needs new games and challenges frequently.
The day starts when my daughter wakes up. I need two to three hours every morning to work or for household chores, which is when the aupair needs to be with my daughter. Other than that, assistance is needed on a smaller scale during the rest of the day. Most days I can be with my daughter all the time after three pm, which is when the aupair has time for herself, -unless something comes up with my work- but in general I try to arrange most things in the morning. My daughter is potty trained, so no need to change diapers.
