Dear Au pair, We are looking for an au pair girl as per beg of April as our actual French Nanny will be on maternity leave. You would have to take care of our two children. A boy, Sacha who is almost three years old, and a baby girl, Anae, who is currently six months old. My husband is traveling for work quite a lot, so generally, he is leaving on Monday morning and returning on Friday afternoon. I am all alone with the children during the week. I am also working in a Worldwide company, so I speak English quite well if you don't speak French fluently it won't be an issue and of course I will be here to help you. Sacha is going to school and Anae will have a replacement Nanny for a part of the week. We also have two kittens. We are leaving nearby Caen, very close to the sea. Our area is full of History about the Second World War and the landscape is lovely. We are leaving in a big house with a nice garden close to the city center (ten minutes by car). You would have your own bedroom. We look for a nice, kind and reliable lady to join our family as an Au pair but also as part of our family. We are looking forward to hearing from you.
Your main tasks as an au pair will be to help me getting children ready every morning, attending to them after for PM, and getting them ready for bed some days. Basically, this is our weekly organization. I drive Sacha every morning to school, and you drop Anae to the Nanny's place around nine AM (two minutes ride or ten minutes with the stroller). At three PM, you pick Anae up at the Nanny's place and then you drive to Sacha's school to pick him up. Then at home, you take care of the after-school snacks and give the baths. I come back home around six PM. Wednesday are different because Sacha doesn't have school and Anae is at home. So on Wednesday, you will take care of the children the entire day. regarding the household, you will have to vacuum clean. Potentially, I could use your help to cook or to help with the laundry. I look for a lady who can use her own initiative largely. Also in France, we have a large number of days off. Of course, you will be at off as well and can discover France.
