Hi, We are looking for an au pair to help us to look after our two gorgeous children. Our daughter is 6 and our son is 4 years old. Our current au pair is moving home. She has become a much loved part of our family and will be sorely missed but we hope that you will also enjoy meeting us and working with our kids. We are looking for someone to start in September and hopefully stay for at least 6 months.
Both parents are shift workers with varying rosters so the hours will change each week however expect to work around 20 hours per week. Duties will basically include looking after the children as well as some light housework and cooking for children. You will have plenty of time to do your own thing or to travel while we are both at home. I work for a local low cost carrier so you will have access to staff travel for domestic flights within Australia. All of our previous au pairs have used their time off to travel and explore Australia. We can give you the contact details of any of our previous au pairs so you can chat to them about what the job is like. Please contact us if you are a caring, easy going and responsible person.
