We are a family of 3 (father, mother and daughter) who live in central London. We are both working and would like help with our daughter Dali. She is 18months and goes to nursery 2 days a week. She is very curious like any toddler and loves playing, discovering, exploring (and pushing boundaries)! I only speak French to Dali and her father only speaks English to her. We are looking for an au pair to only speak mandarin with her – this is very important. As we live in a flat, we would rent a flat share for you near our flat – you would have your own bedroom and share kitchen and bathroom with flatmates. Your weekends will be totally free and you will have some free time when Dali is at nursery.
We are looking for someone to join our family who speaks mandarin fluently. Dali goes to nursery two days a week. During her days at home, you would be responsible to take care of her by taking her activities, cooking her lunch, putting her to sleep, taking her to the park, playing with her at home, and reading to her. You will also do drop off and pick up on the two days she goes to nursery. As she is 18 months old she is learning where her limits are – it is important to us that the au pair has some experience with children and is able to be firm and fair with her if she is misbehaving. Also we have a strict no TV, phone, tablet rule for Dali so the aupair needs to really like interacting with children.
