We are looking for a female, non-smoking, non drug user (of any kind), single, no children, clean, honest, hard working, patient, kind, loving, pro active and completely drama-free.
Your duties will included anything pertaining to them. My Mom isn't very mobile and needs help getting up, sitting down, getting dressed, showering, getting ready for bed and toileting. She can walk herself, but needs a lot of assistance. My Dad is healthy and mobile but has memory issues and needs supervision constantly. He also needs help getting dressed, showered, shaved and toileting. They both like daily walks and activities. You would have your own room and space and a call button (for the night--they sometimes get up 2 plus times a night). You must be able to lift and be strong and in good health. This is a full time, round the clock job (therefor no time off) but, you will have A LOT of free/down time. If you want to take online classes, read, learn, do hobbies or projects, that is ideal and encouraged. We are also in the midst of setting up classes (art, exercise) classes you can take them to. On your days off, of course you can stay at home or go out, if you choose. Additionally, all of your meals are provided for and we are happy to give you a phone allowance. Ideally, you wont have any/many bills. We do travel and would like a caregiver willing to travel with us.
