We are a young family. My husband and I are 31years old and we have a lovely girl called Isabel which is only 3 months old! Sam is British national and I am dual national (originally from Madrid, in Spain though!). We have been working in central London for the past decade, and we are now looking to find a suitable flat for us and our new au pair to be able to settle more as a family now. We have an apartment in Madrid and try to spend as much time as we can there in between work. We are nice quiet people!!
We expect kindness to our daughter as the main thing, we want someone warming that loves kids and conveys respect and willingness to learn along the way. We would like the au pair to look after our daughter during week days whilst we are both at work (Mon-Fri especially with long commutes). At weekends we would like to offer the au pair the opportunity to have their freedom and explore London. We would like some support with light house work (nothing major just basic help). We are happy for her to learn English at home with us or Spanish as we can speak both, and also we are happy to contribute to English language classes if she would like to do so. My husband can work from home on Fridays so if she wants to travel for weekends occasionally that could also be agreeable with us. Equally, we will go to Madrid for long weekend fairly often, and the Au Pair would potentially be welcome to join us, or stay in London
