We are a very relaxed family, both of us work full time, I am up in the city 3 days and work from home two days a week. two very active playful boys who are very good with routines. they love play and quiet time and love having someone who can sit and study with.
Getting the boys ready for school, drop off and pick up. light housework, general tidying , putting the washing on, hoovering etc. I will cook as well but she will have the freedom to cook what she would like to eat and the kids, so she will just need to feed, bath and do homework with the boys. Weekends and after the boys are in bed she will have her own time or do some part time work if she wishes. Where i will be off she will be free to take time off and just assist me with some light work where i need it, the days I work from home I will do the school runs so she can do other things. As i have said I am relaxed and as a mother i wouldnt leave it all to her, she is a helping hand when I am at work, there is no overload of work at any given day or time.
