I am a midwife looking for an au pair to join our family for a minimum of three months. We have a large three bedroom house 5 minutes from the centre of Southampton and 10 minutes from the New Forest. Good transport links. I have two small boys aged 6 and 2. My 6 year old goes to school and my 2 year old goes to nursery three days a week. As I am a midwife I work shift work so I am looking for someone who is able to get the children ready and take them to school/nursery and then collect them after and have them until I get home from work in the evening. Sometimes I work nights and would need you to babysit them overnight until I get home in the morning. I usually work three days a week so the other four days will usually be free time as will the time when they are at school and nursery. I would occasionally like you to do some evening babysitting perhaps once a week and light housework duties such as making the children dinner if I am at work. You will be required to do no more than 30 hours per week. We will provide you with your own room, shared family bathroom, all family meals, insured car and pocket money. We want you to be a valued member of our family and want you to come on our family days out if you want to which of course we will pay for.
