Currently exploring the option of working with an au pair. We have 13-month-old twin boys and another child on the way. Mom is a mental health therapist who is beginning to get back into her practice after taking the last 18 months off. Dad is a GIS Analyst with the State of Montana. Child care duties would be less than full time, as mom's client caseload would not necessitate a 40 hour work week.
