We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children. They are Matthew aged 12 and Julia aged 10. My husband, Richard is a civil servant and I work in an insurance company. I speak Polish to my children and my husband speaks English to everyone. We all are very friendly and cooperative. My children are well behaved and you will like them. The children have a busy after school schedule with violin, piano and swimming lessons. We live in a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom detached house in a town called East Grinstead. It´s a nice town with lots to do and learn. There are good train services to London (capital of UK) and other cities, Richard works in London and travels there by train. You can also catch a bus to Brighton (beautiful city on sea front). You will have your own bedroom and share the bathroom with our daughter. We will provide access to wi-fi in our house and a mobile phone with £10 credit. Everything you need can be found in East Grinstead such as a Library, cinema, sports center and a choice of colleges. We hope you will be comfortable here. We have a large kitchen, dining room, lounge and a garden at the front and back.
Your key duties will be helping children to get ready for school and pick and drop Julia off. School is 10 minutes’ drive from my home. I would also be keen for you to help me with looking after the children and doing some housework, such as helping with the ironing, washing and tidying up after the children, hoovering children's bedrooms and making meals. Our children are at school between 9am to 3pm so you will have plenty of time to study and explore our town. After school you will need to drop the children off at their music and swimming lesson by car. Your working hours will be 25 per week. You will have two days off. We pay you £80 a week pocket money. You can study English at nearby college which has lessons for Au Pairs.
