We currently live in the suburb of Cronulla located in the south of Sydney. It is Sydneys largest beach and has a wide range of restaurants, bars, nightclubs and cafes. It is a very family friendly area and is connected to all of Sydney by train. We live in a 4 bedroom house with your own private room and shared bathroom with the girls only. About us; Our eldest daughter is almost 4. She loves the outdoors, going to the beach and swimming. She also loves going to the park to meet up with her friends and would spend her whole day playing games if she could. At home she loves reading, lego, painting, drawing, craft, soft toys, and imaginary play. She goes to daycare two days a week about 400m from our house. She is toilet trained, but still wears a nappy over night. She sleeps well. She has a short afternoon nap still and sleeps through the night. She is very articulate for her age, but a little shy at first. Our youngest daughter is 1. She also loves being outdoors, playing in the water and sand down at the beach and is also just learning to love the swing and slides in the park. She can now walk and loves to put or pull along a trolley or toy. She is no longer breast fed, so she eats the same food as us at meal times. She sleeps through the night and has two day sleeps. Both our girls are well known for their remarkable smiles! I am an International airline pilot. I only work part time. Which is a 3-4 day trip away every fortnight. My husband is also a pilot, but he fly's domestically in Australia. So he is home most days in either the morning or evening, or both, but

We need an au pair who can work 4 days a week, and can also do the occasional night. Hours could be long when we are both away with work, but when we are home you will not be needed much and will get lots of time off. So the first thing we need is someone that is mature and flexible. We both work shift work and can be both away for a few days. So we need someone who is capable of looking after the girls on their own. Having said that we try as best as we can to make sure that either my husband or I are at home at all the times, but there are occasions when this won't happen. We want you to be happy. So if you want to do something we will make it happen if we can. If you are happy and looked after then we know that you will look after our girls. We want you to become a part of the family, we are a loving family and happiness is a huge part of our day to day lives. What we expect of you; Join our family, at meal times, for outings, etc. We'd love to show you around. Be flexible. We work shift work, so will you. Be clean and tidy and clean up after yourself. Your bedroom is yours and private to you. We want you to feel at home so we won't go into your room but we expect you to keep it clean and maintained. Clean up after the girls, especially after meal times. Help out with the girls laundry. Drive a car, or if you don't have a drivers licence, take the girls out on the train.
