We are a young creative family living in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. We live on a beautiful park in a very nice neighborhood. I am a photographer and my husband a graphic designer and a painter. We are looking for help around the house and on a flexible and live-in basis. We like to be very organized and tidy, but are also relaxed but engaged people. We like to have fun, talk about current events and I tersting things, we tend to be philosophical, introspective and kind.
To help with our two children on an as needed basis. The school is across the park from our house, and my 4 year old will get out everyday around 2:30p, so sometimes staying with the baby, sometimes with both of them, takin them to the park, making dinner a few nights a week. Generally helping out with the children and the house. Some weeks more than others, and we are generally very easy going people, we would like to help support someone who wants to explore New York and make friends and also wants to contribute to our family a bit as well. Would like to exchange a very nice room on the park (with a separate entrance) and access to the kitchen and bathroom and living space and some meals for about 30 hours of work each week. We can find you additional work in the neighborhood as well, to supplement.
