Introduzione personale

Hello there! I’m Sherry Mae, a 21-year-old from the Philippines, with a heart that feels most at home when surrounded by laughter, curiosity, and the gentle chaos of family life. For as long as I can remember, I’ve enjoyed caring for children — not just watching over them, but being part of their little worlds: building forts out of blankets, answering a hundred “why’s,” and turning everyday moments into learning adventures. Becoming an au pair, to me, isn’t only about travel. It’s about connection — sharing cultures, building trust, and growing together with a family that feels like a second home. I believe kindness, patience, and communication are what turn strangers into family. I, myself, have 4 nieces and another one coming whom I love the most in the world. Caring and being with them taught me that responsibility doesn’t mean being serious all the time — it means showing up, with consistency and heart. When I’m not caring for kids, you’ll probably find me reading, exploring nature, journaling, and listening to music. I love learning new things and finding joy in small moments.
