Introduzione personale

Dear Host Family, My name is Michaela, I’m from the Czech Republic—the heart of Europe—and I’m really excited about the opportunity to become your Au Pair and be part of your family. I’m currently studying economics, and I’ve decided to take a gap year before university to explore my passion for working with children. I plan to study child psychology, and I see this year as a perfect opportunity to learn more about kids, while also getting to know a new culture and way of life. One year ago, I spent half a year studying in the USA, which helped me become more independent and confident in myself. I had a host-family there and we created life lasting connection. It also really improved my English—so much that when I came back, I completed the Cambridge certificate C1. That experience made me realize how much I love connecting with new people and growing as a person, which is exactly what I hope to do again as an Au Pair.
