Hi, We are an active family living in the Alpine capitol of Chamonix Mot Blanc. We have two great boys Dillon 12, Nico 8 and our dog Leroy.I am originally from Ireland and my wife is British. We have been living here for many years and love the mountain life. Chamonix is a fantastic place to live and stays busy all year round. There are so many things to do here that you will never get bored. It is also extremely cosmopolitan with people living here from all over the world. We are looking for someone to help with our kids as we both work in Geneva and leave early and come home after 6. It is very important for us to have someone who is fluent or a high level French speaker so as to help the kids with their homework. We also need someone who has a driving licence and is a confident driver. The kids have lots of activities and as we live a few kilometers from the center of town it is a must to be able to drive. The boys are quite organised and grown up now so they just need help with getting to and from school/sports etc, preparing breakfast/dinner and homework. Apart from this it is just basic housework and keeping the house tidy. The boys are at school most days so there is plenty of time to ski etc. The job is as described above. There is not much expectation of babysitting at night as the boys are OK with this but there may be some overnight expectation if we need to travel for work. There would also be a possibility of doing some extra work babysitting for friends or a little restaurant work if the candidate would like to earn some extra money.
