We are Sabrina and Francesco and we are looking for a responsible, very reliable and sweet kind girl with experience to look after our two eldest sons, teach them English through fun and play and become part of our family. We lived in the UK for about 10 years and we all speak English. We live with our 3 kids of 8, 5 years and 10 month in a town called Colleferro which is 40 minutes of train away from the centre of Rome; that comes in handy should you decide to go there to attend a course, go shopping, sightseeing, ecc. The surroundings of Colleferro as well are very nice and offer opportunities for outdoor activities. We are looking for the au pair the join us by the beginning of/mid October and the contract we’ll initially be for three months. Should both sides be happy, at the end of this first period we’ll discuss contract extension and salary review.
Ideally you’ll have Mon-Fri from 9.00 to 16.00 for yourself, Sunday’ll be your day off and we’ll support you should you decide to use this time to attend a course or look for a part-time job (i.e. there is always a high demand for English private lessons). We’ll provide for food and accommodation (you’ll have your own room in our three bedrooms/two bathrooms flat) and pocket money, tickets for public transport in Colleferro and Rome, Italian SIM card for your phone. We’ll also support you in getting you all the papers required (Authority, GP, etc) to allow you to stay in Italy. In terms of duties you’ll take the kids to school in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon, spend time with the kids from 16.00 till we are back from work (usually around 20.00) and cook for them.
